No we don’t, we are not a charity, trust, or non-profit organization. We are a profit-making enterprise and a services driven origination. Meaning, as a company policy we do not accept cash, gifts, or donations of any other kind.
You can only add one animal to cart and purchase in any one transaction, there is however no limit as to the number of orders a customer can make.
We are a service-driven organization, and not traders or an open online cattle market. Our main source of income is through the mandatory services we offer, so NO we do not sell animals. All our packages are bundled to include animal sale price + services.
Yes, you can, however in order for us to accept your order as complete, you would be required to upload the payment receipt within 30 minutes of placing your order, to do this simply visit your eSadka account, enter my orders section and upload against your purchase order number. You will be notified and your purchase will be further processed once your payment is officially confirmed as received.
Yes, you can, however, please inform us of this in the order notes section of the booking form and our support team will contact you to finalize and agree on the actual date of delivery.
Please visit our terms and policies page where it clearly states that we have a NO refund policy. in case the animal you purchase dies due to accidental death or illness after booking, we offer customers the option of a replacement. As a policy the animal we offer will be of similar or more weight, never less

There is an alternative way in which to order, and that’s to simply select home delivery and enter the name of the organization, address and phone number.
If you do recommend a welfare partner of your own, please ensure the delivery address is within Rawalpindi and Islamabad only.
We do not offer delivery services outside of Rawalpindi & Islamabad, however we will be expanding eSadka services in other major cities soon Insha’Allah.
Yes, you will be notified via alerts and notifications throughout the process, from making a successful booking, right the way through to delivery. You will receive progress updates via email, SMS & WhatsApp. We strive to continually improve the quality of our services.
This would depend upon the package you select, the country from which you order and taking into account time difference at the time of booking.
We advise all Sadqah and Aqiqah customers that it can take a minimum twelve hours to a maximum of 24 hours to deliver, however we strive to provide quick and efficient every time.
During Qurbani, we offer delivery services on day one, two and three of Eid-Ul-Adha, depending upon how early you book. We operate on a first come first serve policy which means as soon as bookings open, the quicker you book, the more chance you have of 1st day delivery.

As a policy, we do not access customer financial data. For this, eSadka has partnered or acquired the services of International payment gateway & transactional service providers. We have NO access to customer cards and financial details.
Yes, you can provide that and give us the details only before your animal goes into processing. Having said this, our customers need to understand that we have very tight logistics schedules, especially during Eid-Ul-Adha. Deliveries are strategically mapped to ensure efficient routing and timely delivery.
We currently do not entertain requests for special cut, as our sole purpose of business is to ensure we provide quick, efficient and transparent sacrificial services.

If you require either the head or the skin delivered, you can mention this on order notes during booking. As a policy, we will either donate the skin for a good cause, or we may from time to time sell off the skins at local market rates and utilize the money in community & welfare work. We will not further utilize the head, and dispose of it off.
We don’t normally allow for this, and our policy is not to take urgent delivery requests. One of the main reasons for this is the country’s time zone difference and our business working hours in Pakistan.

We believe we provide new and unique sacrificial services; which customers may not have experienced before. Our customers must understand that we don’t spare any cost when it comes to purchasing the correct animals at competitive rates. We also go the extra mile when it comes to the environment and providing a natural animal habitat, but more importantly our clean, hygienic, and healthy processing plant facilities means there’s an operational cost involved.
We never say or rate ourselves as the cheapest in the market, but we are certainly not the most expensive. We advise all our customers to shop around, comparing services, features, ease of use and then compare pricing.
