Terms & Policies

1. In order to ensure transparency, it is important for you to understand, eSadka upholds a first come first serve policy.

2. if you are an Aqiqah or Sadqah customer, the animal you select from our cattle farm is the exact same animal you purchase and we will deliver. In order to ensure disappointment, please note following:

2.1. You can select and add a maximum number of three animals to your cart at any one time.

2.2. The animal(s) will remain in your cart for a maximum 30 mins before it is automatically removed:

  • The system will notify and remind you via email and notification before removing.
  • Upon being notified, you need to purchase straight-away.

3. When a customer adds an animal to cart, that particular stock ID will no longer will be available for other customers in cattle farm.

4. Adding to cart does not mean you have purchased the animal, it is still on the shelf and available for others to view and purchase.

5. An animal is deemed as sold, ONLY when a customer completes the entire online purchase process and makes payment

6. eSadka shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and the Supplier shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.

1. The price of the Goods and/or Services shall be that stipulated on the Website.

2. The total purchase price and delivery charges, if any, will be displayed in the Buyer’s shopping cart prior to confirming the order.


3. Payment of the price and delivery charges, if applicable, must be made at the point of ordering.

4. In terms of products ordered in advance payment of the price and delivery charges, if applicable, must be made at the point of ordering although orders will not be dispatched until the agreed specified date.

5. Where applicable, if any payment is not paid on time or any payment is rejected or refused, the amount owing will be treated as overdue and the Supplier will be entitled immediately to cease or suspend the provision of any Service or further deliveries of Goods until payment has been received.

1. Where a specific delivery date has been agreed, and where this delivery date cannot be met, the Buyer will be notified and given the opportunity to agree to a new delivery date.


2. The Supplier shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Supplier shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

3. Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

4.1. In case of home delivery, Risk to the goods shall pass over to the buyer, where the buyer fails to take delivery at any agreed time, at the time delivery was attempted.

 

4.2. If in the case of home delivery, buyer of the goods will pay additional delivery charges, where the buyer fails to take delivery at any agreed time, at the time delivery was attempted:

  1.  In the case of same day second delivery attempt, up to 50% of total delivery charges @ rate of PKR 750
  2. In the case of next day delivery attempt, up to 100% of total delivery charges @ rate PKR 1500


5. Title in the Goods shall not pass to the Buyer until payment of the price has been made in full.

As our products are supplied fresh and prepared to order, we regret that once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel it, and refunds will be at the discretion of the management. In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately.

If the customer refuses a delivery for whatever reason, the parcel is automatically returned to the Supplier and a return delivery charge is applied to the Buyer.

  1. We accept responsibility and guarantee complete honesty, transparency and take it upon ourselves to deliver your package as an “Amanat
  2. You can only select and purchase one animal, in any one transaction, at any one time.
  3. We only guarantee the weight of the animal at the time you purchase, we cannot guarantee the weight of meat after cutting, use following is a guide:
    1. 50% to 57% of the meat will be wastage (including skin)
    2. 43% to 50% of the meat will be delivered.
    3. Weight of packaged meat will be mentioned on delivery note for transparency purposes.
  4. An animal is deemed as sold, when a customer completes the following:
    1. Selects package & animal.
    2. Complete booking form.
    3. Make payment.
    4. Agree to eSadka terms & policies during checkout (disclaimer).
    5. If cash or direct bank transfer, upload & attach payment receipt to complete order.
  5. As the skin (khal) of the animal is also customer “Amanat”, we will donate & any funds generated from sales of animal skins will be utilized for local community work Insha’Allah.
  6. If you still require either the skin or the head of animal, inform us during booking.
  7. Once you select an animal and proceed with order, it will remain in your cart for a maximum of thirty (30) minutes. If you don’t complete booking and make payment, it will be automatically removed.
  1. Although Sadqah & Aqiqah deliveries will be made within 24 hours of receiving customer order receipt and customer payment confirmation.
  2. We are a services driven organization, which means we do not sell animals alone, you would be required to select a complete package.
  3. Sacrifice will be implemented as per Islamic (Sharia) laws and practices.
  4. We reserve the right to close Qurbani bookings at any time once we reach capacity orders, and customers will be notified prior.
  5. We cannot commit to providing specific timing for order processing & delivery, however we do commit to the following:
    1. For Sadqah & Aqiqah packages, we will deliver within 24 hours of purchase and order confirmation.
    2. For Qurbani, we will specify whether you receive delivery on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd day of Eid-Ul-Adha, dependent upon number of orders.
  6. We do not accept specific meat cutting requirements, however our meat cutting personnel strive to ensure our meat cutting & processing is of highest quality standards.
  1. We are very transparent with our packages and pricing structure with no small print.
  2. All our packages are competitively priced, clear and visible online with no hidden charges
  3. All our prices are fixed as per today’s International currency value & exchange rates
  4. For direct bank to bank cash transfers or cash deposits, the payment process will only be deemed complete once you upload and attach your deposit slip or payment receipt.
  5. For debit & credit card payments, it can take up to 3 hours before receiving payment confirmation from our third party International payment gateway service provider (upon clearance the stats of your order will be “payment received & order in queue for processing”. The status will only change when we reconcile customer transactions & payment is received in eSadka bank account     
  6. All customer transactions will be made through our official and secure International third party gateway services partner.    
  1. Our offices are open for business on:
    • Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm Pakistan Standard Time (PST).
    • Saturday from 9.00 am to 3.30 pm (PST).
  2. We are closed on Friday between 1.00 pm to 3.30 pm for Jumah (Friday) prayers (PST).
  3. We are also closed for business on Sunday’s.

We have a very strict customer data policy, please see details below: 

All customer data:

  • Will be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner.
  • Only utilized for explicit and legitimate purposes, and not further utilized in a manner that is incompatible, inappropriate or unlawful.
  • Used for purposes which are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to eSadka order processing requirements.
  • Processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, and for this eSadka will use appropriate technical & organisational measures.

Important

As a policy, we do not access customer financial data. For this, eSadka has partnered or acquired the services of International payment gateway & transactional service providers. We have NO access to customer cards and financial details.

  1. Due to the nature of our business eSadka does not offer refund or payback facilities.
  2. As we greatly value all our customers, and you have a grievance or complaint of any kind, you can contact us and we will look into the matter.    
  3. If you have booked an animal for Eid-Ul-Adha (qurbani), and your animal suffers from any illness or even accidental death before the day of sacrifice, eSadka is responsible and will offer an alternative animal, which can be more in weight and value, not less.
